i was with this man a yr and half so i trusted him and got a loan out for him(which he is paying and he couldnt get one) he has now left me and is now back with his wife!(they was separated when we got together) anyway now his wife is saying he is not aloud to have contact with me, which i cant blame her but i have a 7 year loan with this man and i think i have already been used and i would like contact so he doesnt forget what i done for him and his wife cause they would have nothing if wasnt for me cause he would have lost everything what should i do???

If it is your signature on the loan agreement then it is your loan. If you have a signed agreement with him that he will pay you then he will have to pay you, you could try and sue for the return of the money, visit your c.a.b.

Is the loan secured by deed on his house? If so, you can foreclose on him.

Also, you should see a lawyer about getting a judge to determine that either he is soley responsible for the loan since he is the one who got the funds, or that you are responsible for the loan and he must give you the money outstanding in the balance since he still has custody of it. It sounds like you have been scammed. Don%26#039;t you know where he works? Call him at work and tell him to fork up the whole amount.
It sounds like you are going to have to sue him. go to your local court and find out the exact amount of the max. difference between small claims court which is usually less than $5,000.00 then anything above that would be a different ball game.
Get all of your records together. How did he pay you back?
by check I hope, that right there would prove he at least started paying you back.

The first thing you need to do is reporting it to the police! Just go to the police and make a statement... So it%26#039;s made official. Than go to your bank and explain the situation and ask them what to do. If your ex doesn%26#039;t give you any sign of life, go to court!! Don%26#039;t you hesitate a moment, just do it.
Very important are the rest of the proves, written things! Text messages, mails, everything where he says that its actually his loan and he will be paying it off... If he pays the amounts to you, make copies of it! Everything that happens from now on, every contact, WRITTEN!! Its the best prove you can have.
In my case, I would do everything to get my money back! Its yours and you should too try everything you can.
PS: if untill now you haven%26#039;t anything written which could link him to the loan, make sure you get it. Call him, talk about it and tape the call, ...

If he is currently paying the loan then i would just sit tight and let him carry on, you don%26#039;t need to have any contact with him.
If this loan is in joint names and he stops paying then you might have to bite the bullet to an extent and take half of it that is in your name.
You are legally liable for half of it and so asking the loan company to separate your half might be the best option to break the link to him.
If the whole loan is in your name then i can only say your a complete mug, you need to contact a Solicitor today, and if he fights it then your in for a very long and drawn out court battle.
If he is paying it then in no way should you ever contact him, your just going to make things kick off and then his wife might stop him from paying it.
