i gave away a guitar that the owner is claiming that they lent me it, but i think they gave it to me. this person who gave me their guitar is asking for it back. i am pretty sure they gave me it i never remember borrowing it. so the kid that gave or lent me his guitar moved to california but then moved back asking for the guitar. now he wants 100 dollars to replace the guitar cause i gave it away.

now i dont think he will go A WOL on me about the guitar, but im still nervious.

on the other hand i DID pay 50 dollars to him for an amp that is really heavy, distorted sound and just broke. i never got it, which is the reason i gave the guitar away. What do i do?
