You can not get a loan of 10 laks without providing any kind of security. You can try applying for personal loans to multiple banks at the same time. But for a personal loan Interest rate is higher and payment term is short.
EMI for a Loan of 7 lacs for 5 years on 12% works out to be 15,571. So what you can do is apply to three banks for a loan of 2.5 lacs each. That is the best way to raise money without any kind of security to provide.
Or you can ask you friend circle etc for a professional money lender, but in that case interest is gonna be pretty high.
