I%26#039;m not cathlic, but observe lent because it is a holy holiday. I have no guide of a bishop and only one cathlic friend. He is no use though because he lives in Germany and I don%26#039;t talk to him much. I need to know what to eat and the holy day where there are regulations? Please help!!!
What can I eat for lent and what are holy days that I%26#039;m not suppose to eat meat?exchange rate
You can eat anything you want. If you choose not to eat something just because it is lent then you self-impose your beliefs which does nothing. God said you can eat anything He has made.

lentils!|||my friend gave up meat and all she has been eating is sandwiches, salads, potatoes etc.|||first, learn to spell catholic, well you were close, so half-credit.
second, eat fish instead of meat, and cut down on between meal snacks.
there you go.|||Twinkies maybe|||During lent, a catholic is not supposed to eat ANY meat. they can eat fish, eggs, and so on, but no meat, no beef, no lamb, no chicken.
During fridays, it is partial fast, and on Good Friday, ohhhh! ideally full fast.
