Yes, the auto update feature will update it to 7.1 for you.

Beware, it will be a big download and take a while to install.

You can also use yum -update now|||or if it dosent, download it from the website then burn it on the disk. im using ubuntu 7.10 thats how i did it of my other computer on vista|||it will stay at 6.06 until you go into the updater and select to upgrade to ubuntu 7.1 ( just in case you may want to stay with 6.06 ie maybe your system is to old or you need to upgrade your hardware)
